Who We Are

I graduated from the University of the Pacific and went to work for the California State Department of Parks and Recreation as a Legislative Analyst. I analyzed and determined the feasibility of proposals related to the protection of the state’s resources and increasing recreational opportunities for everyone’s enjoyment. I moved on to work in the non-profit sector working for regional offices of the American Cancer Society as Director of Fundraising and the American Diabetes Association as Executive Director.

I was given an opportunity to learn the world of recruiting from a friend and I jumped on it. I learned the essentials of how to do the job and established my own firm. I transferred my skills along with what I loved the most from my non-profit experience; finding ways to help people improve their lives and build relationships. That was in 1993 and my passion and joy for this job are as strong now as they were 30 years ago! Recruiting has been a perfect match!

Having grown up with livestock and having a passion for horses, I attended Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo studying Animal Science. After college, I went to work for a feed and hay store working with clients on finding the right feed and supplements for their animals. With my love for horses, I started a Rehabilitation & Conditioning Center for horses, where we used a water treadmill. Veterinarians would refer horses with specific injuries to my program for rehabilitation. I had the opportunity to work with amazing people and equine athletes to help them recover and return to their riding discipline.

I was given the opportunity back in 2012 to work with my mom in her recruiting business which has since provided me flexibility to spend time with my children while also being able to ride and enjoy my horses, where I compete in barrel racing. Recruiting continues to keep me connected with people and finding ways to help them.
